Seaside Villains Are:
Ryan Furchner: Vocals & Guitar
Eric Westelaken: Guitar & Vocals
Dave Angell (Previously Ryan Gosson): Bass
Tylor Miller (Previously Carlos Leon-Carlyle): Drums

Forming in the frosty northern climate of Thunder Bay Ontario, the Seaside Villains have been bringing the unique heat of their own brand of reggae-rock-fusion to local venues for the past two years. Honing their skills and stage presence, they are poised and prepared to seek the big time.  With a sound ranging from dance-rock to ska-punk, the gentlemen of the Seaside Villains have been consistently bringing the heroes of the Thunder Bay scene sweaty and very danceable high intensity shows.

Coming together through boredom of studies and a love of music, each of the Seaside Villains bring a unique skill to the table.  Laying down the grooves on the bass, Ryan Gosson quite possibly has the funkiest lines to come from the east coast since, well, there was an east coast. Carlos Leon-Carlyle may be the newest member of the band, but his relentless pursuit of the groove is unmatched. Eric Westelaken shreds and solos with reckless abandon, bringing the crowd to new levels of appreciation while melting their faces and hearts. Ryan Furchner, the main voice behind this band of vagabonds, has transferred his solo acoustic songwriting skills to fantastically meet the needs of the up tempo in your face style that the crowds crave.

The members of the Seaside Villains are now recording their debut album “Fancy Yourself A Hero?”  Following the completion of the record, the Villains look to make a splash with a tour of Southern Ontario (with a few Quebec dates for our French-Canadian friends).

The Seaside Villains have played countless local Thunder Bay shows, performing with the likes of: Elliott Brood, The Hunters, Daniel Wesley, The Flatliners, The Madcaps and many more. Having honed their skills, the Seaside Villains have one of the most energetic shows you will ever experience.

There's only one question that remains:
Do you fancy yourself a hero?
